Yulia Malinovsky was born in Voroshilovgrad (now Luhansk), Ukraine, in 1975 and immigrated to Israel in 1998. A lawyer and former municipal police officer, she was elected to the Holon city council in 2003. She entered the Knesset for Yisrael Beiteinu in 2016 and has been re-elected since 2019; her legislation includes a bill to designate UNRWA as a terrorist organization, passed in October 2024, and work on the prosecution of Nukhba (Hamas) attackers.
Yisrael Beiteinu throughout: on the party's lists since 2009 (also on the joint Likud–Yisrael Beiteinu list in 2013); MK 2016–2018 as a replacement and continuously since April 2019.
