Rotem Avidar Tzalik is a lawyer from Moshav HaYogev in the Jezreel Valley and a co-founder of the Reservists' Wives Forum. Her husband was called up on 7 October 2023. She then campaigned for the law that protects reservists' spouses from being dismissed or put on unpaid leave, and for removing the tax on reservists' compensation payments. In March 2025 she joined HaShomer HaChadash to work on national resilience. She is fifth on Blue and White's 2026 list.
