Moshe Gafni is the long-time leader of Degel HaTorah and has been an MK since 1988, best known as chairman of the Knesset Finance Committee. In September 2026 the faction, under Rabbi Dov Landau, removed him as its leader and replaced him with Ya'akov Asher; Gafni holds the symbolic 120th slot.
