Moran Michel is a social and political activist from Kfar Saba and one of the leaders of the protests against the judicial overhaul, including the July 2023 march to Jerusalem and the "Elections Now" protests. She co-founded the Self-Employed Federation (Histadrut HaAtzmaim) in 2016 and led it as CEO, worked at Saloona and Microsoft Israel, and later co-founded the "Yotzim LeDerech Hadasha" nonprofit and the "Ogen LaAtid" (Anchor for the Future) movement. A former navy operations officer and the mother of five daughters, she announced her run for The Democrats in August 2025. She is 21st on The Democrats' list for 2026.

Translation Joint statement by the change and repair parties: Joint working teams have been established for victory in the elections and for forming a stable, Zionist, statesmanlike government In 28 days the citizens of Israel will go to vote in the important elections ahead of us and will decide on the path the State of Israel will take in the coming years. After years of internal polarization, lies, failures and loss of trust, the responsibility rests on us to form a Zionist and statesmanlike government that will put Israel back on track, unite it and restore to Israelis security, prosperity and hope. Following the meeting of the party leaders on Saturday night, three joint working teams were established, to tighten cooperation, for joint preparation for victory in the elections and for forming a Zionist, statesmanlike government.
