Meir Porush is a veteran Agudat Yisrael MK from Jerusalem, representing the Shlomei Emunim faction, and the son of the late MK Menachem Porush. He served as Minister of Jerusalem and Heritage in the 37th government until UTJ left in 2025.
Agudat Yisrael (Shlomei Emunim) / UTJ. 3rd in 2020 (elected), 4th in 2021 (elected), 3rd in 2022 (elected). On the eve of the 2026 filing, Shlomei Emunim and Machzikei HaDat (Belz) registered a separate technical party as leverage inside Agudah.
