Fleur Hassan-Nahoum is an attorney and public-diplomacy activist who served as a deputy mayor of Jerusalem (2018–2023), where she held the foreign relations, international economic development and tourism portfolios. She co-founded the UAE-Israel Business Council after the Abraham Accords, and in 2023 was appointed the Foreign Ministry's special envoy for trade and innovation. She is fifth on Amcha Yisrael's 2026 list.
