הודעה מטעם הפרקליטות: פרקליטות המדינה הגישה לפני זמן קצר לבית המשפט המחוזי מרכז בלוד כתב אישום נגד מרצה למתמטיקה באוניברסיטת בר אילן, בן כ- 60 מפתח-תקוה, אשר במשך מספר שנים, מתוך מניע לאומני-אידאולוגי, הגה ותכנן להוציא לפועל תכנית קיצונית ורצחנית נגד מאות אזרחים ערבים ישראליים, לרבות בדואים, וכן נגד ערבים תושבי מזרח ירושלים ואזור יהודה ושומרון. הנאשם כינה את תוכניתו בשם עי"ט – ראשי תיבות של המלים "עם יעשה טרנספר". פרקליטות מחוז מרכז מייחסת לנאשם בכתב האישום ביצוע עבירות ביטחוניות של הכנה לביצוע מעשה טרור לפי חוק המאבק בטרור, סחיטה באיומים ושיבוש מהלכי משפט, ומבקשת מבית המשפט לעצור אותו עד לתום ההליכים המשפטיים נגדו. תשומת לבכם, בהחלטת בית המשפט, בשלב זה קיים צו איסור פרסום על שמו של הנאשם. מכתב האישום שהגישו עורכי הדין רועי רייס ותומר שטיינברג מפרקליטות מחוז מרכז עולה, כי על רקע מהומות "שומר חומות" ובהמשך, ביתר שאת על רקע מלחמת "חרבות ברזל", כאמור מתוך מניע לאומני-אידאולוגי, החליט הנאשם לתכנן ולהוציא אל הפועל מעשי טרור רבים באופן סימולטני, ולגרום למותם של מאות רבות של אזרחי ישראל ערבים, לרבות בדואים, בכל רחבי הארץ וכן ערבים המתגוררים במזרח ירושלים ובאיו"ש. זאת, על מנת לגרום לבריחתם וגירושם לצמיתות לתחומי ירדן, לבנון ורצועת עזה. במשך למעלה מ-3 שנים, החל מתחילת פברואר 2023 ועד למעצרו לפני כשבועיים, הוא הגה והכין תכנית סדורה, יסודית ומפורטת, אותה כינה "עי"ט- עם יעשה טרנספר". לצורך מימוש וקידום תוכניתו, ביצע מעשי הכנה ממשיים רבים ומגוונים, כגון סיורי שטח מוקדמים, עריכת מסמכים המגוללים והמפרטים את אופן הפעולה וההצדקות לה וניסיון לגיוס פעילים שישתתפו במתקפת הטרור שתכנן. על פי התוכנית שרקם הנאשם, 72 מפגעי טרור יהודים, שלפחות מחציתם בעלי רישיון נשק, בהם הוא עצמו, יחולקו ל-12 חוליות טרור (6 מפגעים בכל חוליה). המפגעים יתחמשו בכלי נשק מסוגים שונים, כגון אקדחים, רובים, גרזנים ופטישים, ויפתחו בהפתעה מוחלטת במעשי טרור המוניים בערים מעורבות וביישובים ערביים ברחבי ישראל. עוד על פי התוכנית, לחוליות הטרור יינתן סיוע וגיבוי שיתואם מראש מגורמים חתרניים שיגויסו מתוך צה"ל, לרבות הפצצת מרכזי אוכלוסייה ערבית על ידי חיל האוויר, חיל התותחנים וחיל השריון. מכתב האישום עולה, כי במישור המעשי, לו הוא קרא "איך עושים עיט כאן ועכשיו", הציג הנאשם הנחיות להצטרפות הציבור ל"ביצוע הרג המוני, השתלטות מהירה על אזורי חיכוך, כבישים, יציאות/כניסות לישובים ערבים, ערים מעורבות ובתי חולים... לא לרחם אפילו על הנשים ועל הילדים האכזריים והמבחילים שלהם, לא לעצור אל מול תחנונים, להקשיח לבבות, כל עצירה תוביל למצב בלתי נסבל של כאוס ואז טבח ביהודים"... על פי התוכנית, מעשי הטרור ההמוניים והסימולטניים, לצד הדהוד המעשים ופרסומם ברשתות החברתיות בזמן אמת, יובילו לבריחתם של כלל אזרחי ישראל הערבים, לרבות הבדואים, ושל הפלסטינים המתגוררים במזרח ירושלים ובאיו"ש, אל מחוץ לגבולותיה של מדינת ישראל. במטרה לקדם את תוכניתו ולהוציאה לפועל, הוא ניסה משך תקופה של כשנה וחצי לגייס תומכים ושותפים, ללא הצלחה, וכן ערך סיור מקדים בסביבת היישוב טובא זנגריה, כדי ללמוד ולבחון את דרכי הגישה והתקיפה המיטביים של היישוב, אותו רצה לכלול כיעד מרכזי בתוכנית. על פי המתווה החשאי שהגה לגיוס מפגעי טרור שיבצעו עמו את מעשי הטרור המתוכננים, תיכנן הנאשם לחבור למשה פייגלין, המתמודד בבחירות הקרובות לכנסת ה-26 כראש רשימת "זהות" וכמספר 2 של הרשימה המשותפת ל"זהות" ול"ציונות הדתית", לגייסו לתוכנית, ובהמשך לגייס בסיועו של פייגלין פעילים נוספים. הנאשם ביקש לזמן פעילים שיזוהו ויסומנו מראש לכנס בחירות של מפלגת "זהות", כאשר במהלך הכנס יובהר למוזמנים כי הם מגויסים למתקפת טרור בה ישתתפו ביום למחרת. לפעילים יחולק תדריך שיכלול הוראות והנחיות הפעלה מפורטות לקראת ולצורך ביצוע מעשי הטרור. הנאשם הגיע לשני אירועים פומביים שקיים פייגלין וניסה לקבוע עימו פגישה ולמסור לו תמצית של התוכנית, אך פייגלין לא נענה לאף אחת מפניותיו. לפני כחודש, ונוכח התקרבות מועד הבחירות, כתב הנאשם מכתב סחיטה הממוען לפייגלין, בו הטיח בו ביקורת ודברי גנאי על התנהלותו בעניין חוסר שיתוף פעולה עם התוכנית שרקם, ואיים עליו שאם לא ישתף עימו פעולה בהקדם ויסייע לו בקידום התוכנית, יפיץ את המכתב, ובכך יגרום לפייגלין, לשיטתו, נזק ציבורי לקראת הבחירות. כיומיים לאחר מכן, הגיע לביתו של פייגלין, מסר לשכנה שעברה במקום את מכתב הסחיטה וביקש ממנה להעבירו לפייגלין, והיא אכן העבירה לפייגלין את המכתב. בהמשך אף הגיע לאירוע של מפלגת "זהות" בשוק מחנה יהודה, ובאמצעות אישה אחרת העביר למנכ"ל המפלגה מספר עותקים של מכתב הסחיטה, לצד מכתב נוסף שבתוכנו הוצג איום דומה לאיום כלפי פייגלין.
Translation Announcement from the State Attorney's Office: The State Attorney's Office a short while ago filed an indictment with the Central District Court in Lod against a mathematics lecturer at Bar-Ilan University, about 60, from Petah Tikva, who for several years, out of a nationalist-ideological motive, conceived and planned to carry out an extreme and murderous plan against hundreds of Arab Israeli citizens, including Bedouin, as well as against Arab residents of East Jerusalem and Judea and Samaria. The defendant called his plan "AYT" – an acronym for the words "Am Yaaseh Transfer" ("A People Will Carry Out Transfer"). The Central District Attorney's Office attributes to the defendant in the indictment security offenses of preparing to commit an act of terror under the Counter-Terrorism Law, extortion by threats and obstruction of justice, and is asking the court to remand him until the end of legal proceedings against him. Please note that by court decision, there is at this stage a gag order on the defendant's name. The indictment filed by attorneys Roi Reiss and Tomer Steinberg of the Central District Attorney's Office shows that against the backdrop of the "Guardian of the Walls" riots and later, even more so against the backdrop of the "Swords of Iron" war, out of a nationalist-ideological motive as noted, the defendant decided to plan and carry out numerous simultaneous acts of terror, and to cause the deaths of many hundreds of Arab citizens of Israel, including Bedouin, throughout the country, as well as Arabs living in East Jerusalem and Judea and Samaria. This was in order to cause them to flee and be permanently expelled to the territories of Jordan, Lebanon and the Gaza Strip. For more than 3 years, from the beginning of February 2023 until his arrest about two weeks ago, he conceived and prepared an orderly, thorough and detailed plan, which he called "AYT – Am Yaaseh Transfer." To realize and advance his plan, he carried out many and varied concrete preparatory acts, such as advance field tours, drafting documents laying out and detailing the mode of operation and its justifications, and attempting to recruit activists to take part in the terror attack he planned. According to the plan the defendant hatched, 72 Jewish terrorists, at least half of them with gun licenses, including himself, would be divided into 12 terror cells (6 attackers per cell). The attackers would arm themselves with various types of weapons, such as pistols, rifles, axes and hammers, and would launch, with complete surprise, mass terror attacks in mixed cities and Arab communities throughout Israel. Also according to the plan, the terror cells would be given assistance and backup coordinated in advance by subversive elements to be recruited from within the IDF, including the bombing of Arab population centers by the Air Force, the Artillery Corps and the Armored Corps. The indictment shows that on the practical level, which he called "How to do AYT here and now," the defendant presented guidelines for the public to join in "carrying out mass killing, rapid takeover of friction zones, roads, exits/entrances to Arab communities, mixed cities and hospitals... to show no mercy even to their cruel and nauseating women and children, not to stop in the face of pleas, to harden hearts, any stop will lead to an unbearable situation of chaos and then a massacre of Jews"... According to the plan, the mass and simultaneous terror attacks, along with the amplification of the acts and their publication on social media in real time, would lead to the flight of all Arab citizens of Israel, including the Bedouin, and of the Palestinians living in East Jerusalem and Judea and Samaria, outside the borders of the State of Israel. In order to advance his plan and carry it out, he tried for a period of about a year and a half to recruit supporters and partners, without success, and also conducted a preliminary tour around the community of Tuba-Zangariyye, in order to study and examine the optimal approach and attack routes to the community, which he wanted to include as a central target in the plan. According to the secret scheme he devised to recruit terrorists who would carry out the planned attacks with him, the defendant planned to link up with Moshe Feiglin, who is running in the upcoming elections to the 26th Knesset as head of the "Zehut" list and as No. 2 on the joint list of "Zehut" and "Religious Zionism," to recruit him to the plan, and later, with Feiglin's help, to recruit additional activists. The defendant sought to summon activists who would be identified and marked in advance to an election rally of the "Zehut" party, where during the rally it would be made clear to the invitees that they were being recruited for a terror attack in which they would take part the following day. The activists would be handed a briefing that would include detailed operating instructions and guidelines for preparing and carrying out the terror attacks. The defendant came to two public events held by Feiglin and tried to set up a meeting with him and hand him a summary of the plan, but Feiglin did not respond to any of his approaches. About a month ago, and with election day approaching, the defendant wrote an extortion letter addressed to Feiglin, in which he hurled criticism and insults at him over his conduct in failing to cooperate with the plan he had hatched, and threatened him that if he did not cooperate with him soon and help him advance the plan, he would distribute the letter, and thereby, in his view, cause Feiglin public damage ahead of the elections. About two days later, he came to Feiglin's home, handed the extortion letter to a neighbor who was passing by and asked her to pass it on to Feiglin, and she did indeed pass the letter on to Feiglin. Later he even came to a "Zehut" party event at the Mahane Yehuda market, and through another woman passed several copies of the extortion letter to the party's director-general, along with another letter in which a threat similar to the threat against Feiglin was presented.

Translation Announcement from the State Attorney's Office: The State Attorney's Office a short while ago filed an indictment with the Central District Court in Lod against a mathematics lecturer at Bar-Ilan University, about 60, from Petah Tikva, who for several years, out of a nationalist-ideological motive, conceived and planned to carry out an extreme and murderous plan against hundreds of Arab Israeli citizens, including Bedouin, as well as against Arab residents of East Jerusalem and Judea and Samaria. The defendant called his plan "AYT" – an acronym for the words "Am Yaaseh Transfer" ("A People Will Carry Out Transfer"). The Central District Attorney's Office attributes to the defendant in the indictment security offenses of preparing to commit an act of terror under the Counter-Terrorism Law, extortion by threats and obstruction of justice, and is asking the court to remand him until the end of legal proceedings against him. Please note that by court decision, there is at this stage a gag order on the defendant's name. The indictment filed by attorneys Roi Reiss and Tomer Steinberg of the Central District Attorney's Office shows that against the backdrop of the "Guardian of the Walls" riots and later, even more so against the backdrop of the "Swords of Iron" war, out of a nationalist-ideological motive as noted, the defendant decided to plan and carry out numerous simultaneous acts of terror, and to cause the deaths of many hundreds of Arab citizens of Israel, including Bedouin, throughout the country, as well as Arabs living in East Jerusalem and Judea and Samaria. This was in order to cause them to flee and be permanently expelled to the territories of Jordan, Lebanon and the Gaza Strip. For more than 3 years, from the beginning of February 2023 until his arrest about two weeks ago, he conceived and prepared an orderly, thorough and detailed plan, which he called "AYT – Am Yaaseh Transfer." To realize and advance his plan, he carried out many and varied concrete preparatory acts, such as advance field tours, drafting documents laying out and detailing the mode of operation and its justifications, and attempting to recruit activists to take part in the terror attack he planned. According to the plan the defendant hatched, 72 Jewish terrorists, at least half of them with gun licenses, including himself, would be divided into 12 terror cells (6 attackers per cell). The attackers would arm themselves with various types of weapons, such as pistols, rifles, axes and hammers, and would launch, with complete surprise, mass terror attacks in mixed cities and Arab communities throughout Israel. Also according to the plan, the terror cells would be given assistance and backup coordinated in advance by subversive elements to be recruited from within the IDF, including the bombing of Arab population centers by the Air Force, the Artillery Corps and the Armored Corps. The indictment shows that on the practical level, which he called "How to do AYT here and now," the defendant presented guidelines for the public to join in "carrying out mass killing, rapid takeover of friction zones, roads, exits/entrances to Arab communities, mixed cities and hospitals... to show no mercy even to their cruel and nauseating women and children, not to stop in the face of pleas, to harden hearts, any stop will lead to an unbearable situation of chaos and then a massacre of Jews"... According to the plan, the mass and simultaneous terror attacks, along with the amplification of the acts and their publication on social media in real time, would lead to the flight of all Arab citizens of Israel, including the Bedouin, and of the Palestinians living in East Jerusalem and Judea and Samaria, outside the borders of the State of Israel. In order to advance his plan and carry it out, he tried for a period of about a year and a half to recruit supporters and partners, without success, and also conducted a preliminary tour around the community of Tuba-Zangariyye, in order to study and examine the optimal approach and attack routes to the community, which he wanted to include as a central target in the plan. According to the secret scheme he devised to recruit terrorists who would carry out the planned attacks with him, the defendant planned to link up with Moshe Feiglin, who is running in the upcoming elections to the 26th Knesset as head of the "Zehut" list and as No. 2 on the joint list of "Zehut" and "Religious Zionism," to recruit him to the plan, and later, with Feiglin's help, to recruit additional activists. The defendant sought to summon activists who would be identified and marked in advance to an election rally of the "Zehut" party, where during the rally it would be made clear to the invitees that they were being recruited for a terror attack in which they would take part the following day. The activists would be handed a briefing that would include detailed operating instructions and guidelines for preparing and carrying out the terror attacks. The defendant came to two public events held by Feiglin and tried to set up a meeting with him and hand him a summary of the plan, but Feiglin did not respond to any of his approaches. About a month ago, and with election day approaching, the defendant wrote an extortion letter addressed to Feiglin, in which he hurled criticism and insults at him over his conduct in failing to cooperate with the plan he had hatched, and threatened him that if he did not cooperate with him soon and help him advance the plan, he would distribute the letter, and thereby, in his view, cause Feiglin public damage ahead of the elections. About two days later, he came to Feiglin's home, handed the extortion letter to a neighbor who was passing by and asked her to pass it on to Feiglin, and she did indeed pass the letter on to Feiglin. Later he even came to a "Zehut" party event at the Mahane Yehuda market, and through another woman passed several copies of the extortion letter to the party's director-general, along with another letter in which a threat similar to the threat against Feiglin was presented.

During the day an expanded panel of nine justices will hear the disqualifications of Sami Abu Shehadeh, Ofer Cassif, the Joint List and Ra'am — but the first hearing, and perhaps the most unusual legally, is on the matter of Balad chairman Sami Abu Shehadeh. At the center is an article Abu Shehadeh published on October 8, 2023, just one day after the October 7 massacre and while the attack was still ongoing. 9 חודשים מתעכבת ההחלטה בפרקליטות להעמיד לדין את חברת הכנסת עאידה תומא סלימאן שפצעה נהג כשחצתה צומת באור אדום. חברת הכנסת ממפלגת חד״ש נהגה בחודש מאי 2025 בעיר עכו, כאשר חצתה באור אדום וגרמה לפציעת נהג שחצה את הצומת באור ירוק. בחקירתה טענה שלמיטב זכרונה עברה באור ירוק, אך סירבה להתחייב על כך. הראיות בתיק מלמדות שחצתה את הצומת באור אדום. חקירתה באזהרה של חברת הכנסת התעכבה במשך חודשים, בנימוק שנדרשים אישורים. לאחר חשיפת האירוע ב-i24NEWS המשטרה סיימה בזריזות את החקירה והעבירה את התיק לפרקליטות בדצמבר 2025 לצורך הגשת כתב אישום. למרות שמדובר בתיק פשוט וקל, התיק ממתין להכרעת הפרקליטות כבר תשעה חודשים, במסגרת שרשרת אישורים לפני העמדה לדין של חברת כנסת. מהפרקליטות נמסר בתגובה: ״התיק נמצא בשלבי בחינה מתקדמים״

In her questioning she claimed that to the best of her memory she crossed on a green light, but refused to commit to that. The evidence in the case shows that she crossed the intersection on a red light. The MK's questioning under caution was delayed for months, on the grounds that approvals were required. After the incident was exposed by i24NEWS, the police quickly completed the investigation and transferred the case to the State Attorney's Office in December 2025 for the filing of an indictment. Although this is a simple and easy case, it has been awaiting the State Attorney's decision for nine months now, as part of a chain of approvals required before prosecuting a Knesset member. The State Attorney's Office said in response: "The case is in advanced stages of review"
